Cesar graduated cum laude from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and American Legal Studies, and from Charlotte School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. During his time in law school, Cesar interned at a boutique immigration law firm where he assisted clients with a variety of immigration matters, such as family-based petitions and U-nonimmigrant visas for victims of qualifying crimes. Cesar also participated as a member of the law school’s Immigration Law Society and served as treasurer of the Latino Student Association.
Now an immigration attorney at the firm, Cesar and his family were once our own clients. Cesar’s personal experience of immigrating to the United States from El Salvador helps him understand the sacrifices and efforts made by our clients to obtain legal status. Immigration laws can be complicated and the process stressful, but Cesar is committed to helping our clients with dignity and respect to determine their best options for achieving their immigrations goals.
Cesar is licensed to practice law in Virginia, and is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Cesar provides client-focused representation and is deeply passionate about serving the immigrant community in Virginia and beyond.
